This Father's Day was a huge success! The kids and I made the YUMMY "Easy Potato and Bacon Breakfast Casserole" for Daddy. I don't know what Daddy loved more the breakfast or that he was able to eat his breakfast in bed. If you haven't tried this recipe you need too. It is so good! I hope you and your family had a great Father's day.
